No, in order to confirm your reservation it’s necessary to make the full payment through the website.
Once you complete your online reservation you will receive a confirmation email with your e-tickets. On the day of your reservation you must present the coupon with an official ID and the credit/debit card used to book (physically) at the door from 11:00 pm. Your e-ticket will be validated and our staff will take you directly to your table.

On the day of your reservation, it’s mandatory to present the following documents at the venue: 1. Printed e-ticket or displayed on your smartphone (make sure the confirmation number and the date of the event are legible). 2. Cardholder / reservation holder’s ID (original, no copies). 3. Credit card used to book (original, no copies).
In case you have a pending charge, your bank probably held the payment on your credit card, even if the purchase was not effective/completed. Please contact us at bookings@bonbonniere.mx to confirm if your purchase was completed or not.
It’s not possible. Only the card holder can validate the tickets, showing an official ID and the credit/debit card used to book. If the reservation was made under a different name than the credit card holder, as long as the credit card holder is present with all the documents, the reservation can be validated.
If you want to make a reservation and enjoy the preferential online prices using a credit/debit card that it’s not yours, it’s possible. You must contact us at bookings@bonbonniere.mx so we can send you an authorization form that the cardholder must fill out by hand and send us a photo/copy of their official ID and the card used to pay to be authorized by our legal and financial departments.

According to our Policies it is forbidden to resell your tickets of your table reservation. Every transaction is handled directly by us. In the event of an abuse or irregularity detected, the purchase will be canceled and those involved will be prosecuted by the authorities.
Changes of date must be requested by email at least 48 hours before the day of your reservation, it will be subject to availability and extra charges may apply. For a name change the cardholder must fill out an authorization form and send us by email a copy/photo of an official ID and the credit/debit card used to book. Any change must be requested by email to bookings@bonbonniere.mx
Cancellations must be requested by email to bookings@bonbonniere.mx at least 48 hours in advance to the date of your reservation. Cancellations requested 48 hours in advance will have a full refund less the bank commission (15% of the total paid online). Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the date of the event, will have a 50% penalty on the total paid online. Cancellations requested after the date of the event, will have a charge or penalty of 100% of the total paid online.
It’s not possible. The refund is made through our bank platform like a reversal payment that automatically goes back to the original account.
Your reserved table through the Bonbonniere Tulum site includes: - Access to Bonbonniere Tulum (each table includes a specific number of covers) - Table* in the zone reserved. - The amount that you pay is the credit you would have to buy drinks or bottles from the menu. *Limited consumption credit regularly is equal to the amount that you pay for your table reservation, however it may be different and it is specified in the site. IMPORTANT: The venue reserves the right to release your table for resale if you have not arrived by 11:30 pm on the night of the event (the maximum check in online).
MANDATORY DRESS CODE: ELEGANT-FORMAL It's not allowed to access with caps, shorts, sandals, flip flops, sports shirts, tank tops or swimwear. Men must wear closed shoes.
For security reasons, Bonbonniere Tulum reserve the right to carry out inspections prior to entry, in clothing, bags and any other element that they consider, and the club reserves the right to confiscate any material / element that it considers dangerous or that may alter the order within the Consumption Center such as the following items: Chains or spiked jewelry, offensive prints on clothing, oversized bags, backpacks, wallets or packages , costumes that resemble authentic public safety uniforms (police, military, fire, security, or medical) to any reasonable degree, weapons or weapon accessories of any kind (including firearms, pepper spray, pocket knives, fake weapons/props, whips, lightsabers) and all sharp objects, controlled substances, eye drops, liquid makeup, gum, outside food or beverages (including alcohol and candy), liquids, vitamins, supplements, over-the-counter medications, prescription medications, medicines and products with CBD, THC or any psychotropic, drones, cameras (semi-professional professionals) / video cameras (professional / semi-professionals), personal computers, remote-controlled aircraft toy, laser pointers, wearable technology, selfie sticks, tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vaporizers (vape), cigarettes, balloons, markers, pens or spray paint, flowers, toys, inflatables, glass, cans, cups, coolers, signs attached to a stick, and any other items that management is considering at the time. This list of examples is illustrative, but not limiting. Management reserves all rights to prohibit access or use of any item that may harm the user or any other guest.
